To further Blue Origin's mission of having millions of people living and working in space, we are building the sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from earth to the Lunar Surface. As a Technical Project Manager on the Electrical Power Systems (EPS) Team, you will work directly with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver the products and systems that will power human flight to and on the surface of the moon. You will perform project management functions across the entire product life cycle from research, design development, final flight hardware design, manufacturing, and production. You will assist communicating status, risks & opportunities, variances, and recovery plans to engineering and program management. You will play a key role in developing the Lunar Transportation system that will return humans to the Moon and extend human presence permanently beyond the bounds of Earth.If you have experience delivering integrated systems including electronics, mechanical, firmware and software and you want to be a part of history, come join us at Blue Origin. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain the team's operating cadence through communication to stakeholders, management of key performance indicators and project meetings to report key performance metrics (technical, cost, schedule, and risk) Generate boards/tools necessary for project and product health to Lunar Product Engineering, including data for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Lunar Program Weekly Review and Program Management Reviews (PMRs) Performs scrum master role for product teams following agile development methods, including defining and executing team sprints Supports team representation in agile product planning sessions Define, monitor, and track all receivables and deliverable products from the IPT Work closely with internal and external manufacturing and test facilities to coordinate on-time delivery of hardware Be a mentor and offer leadership, putting those around you first Minimum Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. degree in Engineering 5+ years in Aerospace, Automotive, Consumer, Defense, Industrial or similar industries, executing design or production of electrical assemblies. 3+ years of experience in technical program management managing integrated electrical, mechanical, firmware and software engineering development projects, managing requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, and cost 3+ years working directly with supply chain or suppliers in the execution of design for manufacturability, build to print, modified off the shelf or sub contract management 5+ years working directly with design engineering teams in bringing electrical products from concept to production Experienced at collecting and synthesizing information from multiple stakeholders and translating data into project requirements, scoping and planning documents.
