Slalom LLC Slalom Flex (Project Based) Front-End Engineer in Seattle, Washington

The Front-End Engineer will work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to create seamless and engaging experiences for our users. What You'll Do * Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications. * Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. * Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices. * Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and trends. What You'll Bring * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). * Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Compensation and Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $70 to $90. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
