Amazon Senior Product Manager - Technical, WW Prime - Member Growth in Seattle, Washington

We are looking for a highly creative, results-oriented Senior Product Manager- Technical to lead Member Integrity charter. The key day to day responsibility of this role includes building optimal screenings experiences for the new members leveraging ML/AI based signals, while ensuring high bar on the overall member signup and early tenure experience.

This position will enjoy a high amount of autonomy and will act as a single threaded leader. You will get to define the charter (three-year plan), and lead ideation, design, development, and ongoing management of Prime payments strategy. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires you to closely work with engineering, project management, design, finance, legal, content optimization, and executive teams to enhance the Prime member experience. This role will also work closely with country and regional operating teams to address growth opportunities and challenges worldwide. Key job responsibilities

  1. Deliver a three-year vision for the global Prime payment failure recovery charter.

  2. Develop product and solution requirements, launch new experiences and use-cases, and lead expansion of existing use-cases to global locales

  3. Collaborate with the WW product teams to prioritize and launch new capabilities, identify overlaps/synergies, and build a joint global roadmap

  4. Develop/socialize customer insights and market trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities

  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, surfacing key trends/insights early and providing data-driven recommendations

A day in the life

a) Improve new member funnel owning and building Prime screening capabilities and customer experiences

b) Scale and deliver these experiences across the 24 countries Prime operates in.

c) Audit key metrics and draw insights to gain roadmap prioritization and drive alignment with senior leadership.

c) Partner closely with Prime Payment Tech and other Prime and non-Prime engineering teams to develop scalable capabilities that serve Prime.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Master's degree

  • Proven ability to communicate persuasively and to influence others, particularly amongst senior stakeholders

  • Experienced in building products leveraging ML / AI based models.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
