Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Product Analytics DIG - Remote in Seattle, Washington

Description This is a remote role. Currently we are unable to hire in the following states: PA, CO, NY, HI, MA and OH. The Digital Innovation Group (DIG) at Providence Health & Services is a small but mighty product development and incubation team that is building next-gen tools that give patients convenient and easy access to healthcare virtually anywhere, anytime. The Sr. Product Analyst will use their strong data analysis skills and problem-solving capabilities to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for analytics in our product lines from a high level ( Is this feature working? Where do users drop off? Are our business goals being met?) to low level execution ( What data is needed to help the business? What's the best way to implement tags and ensure data quality? ). The Sr. Product Analyst will work through the entire product development process contributing to the business thinking and translating business requirements into experiments including implementing the appropriate tagging strategy. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights to our business stakeholders through excellent storytelling, analytics prowess, and building an analytics infrastructure and platform. Your in-depth understanding of analytics infrastructure and platforms will be crucial in driving data-driven insights that fuel our product enhancements. Visualize key metrics on an ongoing basis, providing real-time insights into product performance. Dive deep into audience segmentation, creating targeted visualizations that unveil nuanced patterns and trends. Harness common visualization capabilities to craft engaging and informative reports that resonate with diverse stakeholders. Leverage strong storytelling skills to distill intriguing and hard-to-find insights into concise, compelling data stories. Translate data analyses into narratives that resonate with stakeholders, making complex information accessible and actionable. Provide deep analysis that goes beyond surface-level observations, offering insights that align with business goals. Deliver actionable recommendations to business stakeholders, leveraging your analytical expertise to drive informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with product design and user research teams to provide insights that guide design decisions. Bridge the gap between data and design, ensuring that your insights contribute to creating user-centric and impactful products. Consistently collaborate across disciplines and ensures that the right people with the right knowledge and expertise are involved. Proactively resolves upstream dependencies and demonstrates an ability to resolve conflict. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Data Science.
