Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Electrical Construction team in Seattle, WA. We are looking for someone who likes to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced atmosphere. You will be joining an established and diverse team where you will be able to make an immediate impact. You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and are passionate about solving problems and achieving goals. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: Transitioning project management and engineering activities through the design to construction phase. Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work. Preparing client and subcontractor change orders. Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects. Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors. Coach and mentor project team members. Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors. What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and required Proficient with construction estimating programs and software preferred PeopleFirst Benefits When it comes to the basics, we have you covered: Competitive pay 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximum. The pay range for this position is $84,240 - $145,200 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
