As the director, business planning & operations on the Finance Operations and Communications team, you will have a unique role to lead the planning, execution and delivery of major, enterprise-wide initiatives with a strategic and financial lens. Working with key cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead and drive the execution of the enterprise financial planning processes in partnership with corporate, business unit and functional finance teams. You’ll lead and perform financial activities to optimize the company’s profitability and improve operational efficiencies. This role is accountable for successful implementation and end-user adoption of our financial planning processes.

In this role you will…

  • Lead: With a small and nimble team, you will help lead the enterprise through significant change and value realization as we continue with our Enterprise Transformation. You’ll set goals for the team, develop organizational capability and model how we can work together.

  • Plan & Execute: Develop strategic and operational plans for the Enterprise Transformation team, manage execution and measure results. Partners cross-functionally with all levels of leadership to manage, support and track the Enterprise Transformation portfolio.

  • Leverage Business Execution: Identifies opportunities for business transformation and gains executive support and alignment for prioritization. Identifies risks and issue impacting successful implementation and works with program team to develop resolution.

  • Lead Financial Portfolio Management Activity: Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to execute financial deliverables in support of enterprise portfolio management connecting to all planning processes within the company to drive growth and optimize profitability.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Education (minimum education level, degree, or certification necessary): bachelor’s degree.

  • Years of experience in enterprise portfolio management at a global: 5-10 years.

  • Progressive experience in business process design and leading multiple large program or project implementations within a large, global company: 3-5 years.

  • Leading a financial operations team to support strategic & financial planning, reporting and analysis: 3-5 years.

  • Business system and process development: 3-5 years.

  • Supervision of diverse work groups (if applicable for direct reports): 3-5 years.

  • Working across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive positions: 3-5 years.

  • Manage large teams both reporting direct or indirect.
