Full-time position starting at $87,800/yr. (D.O.E) withCOMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDE:

    In its founding year, Coordinated Care Agency (CCA) offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing deep poverty and homelessness.

    What You’ll Do

    As a Compliance Manager, you’ll take charge of internal audits, program invoices, funder-required reports, and external contract monitoring. You’ll be the backbone of our affordable housing compliance, ensuring everything from file reviews to lease-ups meets the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in supporting our Property Management Teams and providing top-notch internal consulting services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train a dynamic compliance team.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and maintain impeccable records.

  • Foster relationships with external partners and funders.

  • Stay ahead of the curve with HUD, Tax Credit, and other regulatory developments.

  • Drive compliance trainings, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
