Guthrie Manager, HR Operations - HR Service Center - Full Time in Sayre, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:

Under the direction of AVP, Caregiver Rewards, develops objectives for the HR Service Center’s day-to-day operations and analyzes metrics and data to ensure the objectives are met. Provides leadership and direction for the service center team and provides support with identifying solutions for operational obstacles.

Experience:

Five or more years of progressive human resources experience, with a strong emphasis on data review, report generation, and presentation skills. Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to multitask and employ high level organizational tactics to manage multiple priorities.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Non Nursing – Required. Masters Degree Non Nursing Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Align Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) objectives with the needs of the HR Extended Leadership team and organizational strategic goals.

  • Design and operationalize the HRSC business processes to ensure the most efficient workflows to achieve key performance indicators.

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure the operational performance of the HRSC. Analyze data to establish a baseline and goals, and to review progress against the goals, develop action plans, and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Lead the team in process improvement/efficiency projects and drive the team to consistently exceed expectations

  • Develop varied measurement techniques to assess responsiveness, service satisfaction, etc.

  • Partner with HR SMEs to develop escalation processes and to remove obstacles that arise for HRSC team members.

  • Work with HRSC representatives to solve problems, remove obstacles, or escalate questions or concerns to appropriate subject matter experts.

  • Hire, onboard, and ensure HRSC team members receive appropriate training on core responsibilities include meeting service expectations

  • Display strong leadership skills, recognizing team member accomplishments and positive behaviors, addressing issues and coaching for development. Lead regular team meetings and motivate team members.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leaders to showcase the operations related to the HRSC.

  • Lead and/or support other HR operations/data driven projects and activities
