What’s a typical day as a Structural Mechanical? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures

• Conducting varied drilling and riveting operations

• Ensuring parts/assembly meet requirements

• Riveting structural assemblies and parts using all required tools

• Reading work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations and hole patterns

• Checking all work for defects prior to final inspection

• Maintaining and using all logs and records

• Aligning and assembling parts using jigs, fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners

• Maintaining a neat and orderly work area

• Supporting the company's 5S Program and complying with all safety regulations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED

• Have at least 1 year of related structural assembly experience

• Have experience working with Solumina and Smarteam (preferred)

• Have the ability to read and interpret basic blueprints

• Have basic computer skills

• Have the ability to work with composite resins and materials

• Are able to lift 50 lbs
