Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to be part of a high visibility project. In this role, you will be focusing on data, visualizations, and self-service reporting utilizing Power BI, demonstrating the power and flexibility of the Power FX Platform. This role offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain BI solutions.

• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive BI solutions.

• Utilize Power BI to create visualizations and self-service reporting tools.

• Apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.

• Utilize Microsoft Power Apps to develop business solutions.

• Leverage your skills in Database and Analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making.

• Use Business Intelligence Technologies to optimize data retrieval, dashboards, and reports.

• Apply Data Visualization techniques to present data in a clear, concise, and meaningful manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.

• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.

• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

• Excellent data visualization skills with an eye for design and usability.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
