Amazon Traffic and Marketing Manager, Amazon Devices in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Description

The Amazon Devices team is looking for a highly-motivated, results-oriented Traffic and Marketing Manager to join our team - someone with the willingness to manage a wide range of traffic-driving initiatives, such as onsite merchandising and paid search.

The ideal candidate for this role will leverage strong quantitative skills, be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams, and base decisions on data. The candidate will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly and persuasively. To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to effectively engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders on Marketing, Product and Business Intelligence – both local and international.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies to generate qualified traffic across paid and free channels.

  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Develop automated merchandising strategies to drive on-site discoverability to product pages.

  • Be the key point of contact with central and international teams.

  • Plan and execute effective optimizations across Search channels, both Paid (Text Ads, Google Shopping) and Free (Website internal Search and Free Search/SEO).

  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize onsite experience and marketing channels.

  • Analyze results against KPIs, always seeking ways to optimize impact.

  • Stay informed of business goals and objectives, translating them into actionable traffic acquisition strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

About the team

The Devices Online Marketing and Traffic team contributes to Brazil Devices growth by improving and optimizing the customer journey in the Amazon.com.br website and its traffic channels (both paid and free). We are responsible for improving discoverability, shopping experience and engagement of Devices customers.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both in Portuguese and English.

  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta) and free channels (SEO, content marketing).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.

  • Experience with documentation skills and workflow management MS Office, SharePoint.

  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
