About the team:

The Talent Attraction teamis responsibleto attract qualifiedcandidatesto SAP and to presentour companyas an attractive employer in the labor market and at colleges and universities. To this end, we work closely with our lines of business, their HR business partners, and educational institutions.

What youll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - HR Talent Attraction Recruiter

Location: So Paulo, Brazil

In this role, youll:

The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

  • Participate in the tasks of a modern recruiting organization and have an opportunity to contribute actively tothefullrecruiting process (screening candidates, meet Hiring Managers, system management, etc).

  • Prepare and edit candidate searches and job postings in cooperation with recruiters

  • Support the Proactive Hiring for Diversity & Inclusion

  • Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in English.

  • Support recruiters during university/attraction recruiting events

  • Support HR marketing initiatives

  • Participate in global and regional teamcalls

  • Work on projects as required

Who you are:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • University student enrolled to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related areas

  • Advanced English skills (written & spoken)

  • Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus

  • Good skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good skills with LinkedIn is a plus

  • Team-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers

  • Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.

  • Excellent communication skills.
