As an experienced analyst, you will apply your expertise and judgment to help shape strategic direction. You will work cross-functionally to identify the right stakeholders in determining objectives, informing key decisions, and designing long-term solutions. Acting independently, you will take the lead on clearly defined initiatives and see them through to completion. Play a disruptive role when needed, challenging business partners' assumptions and offering new perspectives to help transform strategies and foster innovation.

Analyze complex financial and business issues, making high-impact judgment or escalating appropriately
Determine strategic priorities by discerning critical from ancillary details
Continuously develop expertise in specialized areas like portfolio analysis, risk management, or company initiatives
Adapt solutions by determining when to simplify or expand scope for optimal strategic outcomes
Independently handle significant projects, making critical decisions and escalations
Anticipate and mitigate long-term risks to support strategic health of business functions
Strategically communication complex analyses and recommendations
Contribute strategic perspective to planning discussions and help shape strategic direction

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience working in multiple finance and accounting roles
Experience with key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
Proficient or Advanced English (conversation, writing and reading).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Knowledge of SQL/ETL
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
