Job Summary

Establishing partnerships with customers, offering personalized service, complementing sales work with a focus on optimizing supply chain stocks.

Main Responsabilities

  • Analysis of the portfolio (alignment with sales/support for strategy/analysis of cuts/anticipations/postponements/cash flow adjustments);

  • Analysis and optimization of KPIs (On Time / Case Fill / Order Profile);

  • Freight support (action on more complex problems);

  • Sales support (structured analysis);

  • Participating in projects in search of mutual growth and continuous evolution (Customer / Industry).

  • Obtaining information from customers on product priorities and needs, in order to guide shipment scheduling;

  • Negotiating with customers in cases of late delivery, in order to maintain the best company/customer relationship;

  • Weekly execution (stock quality - Rupture / Imminent / Excess / Obsolete);

  • Collaborative forecasting;

  • Inventory analysis and closing;

  • Contesting logistics fines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.

  • Experience with Customer Service and/or Freights

  • English skills (intermediate level)

  • Project management and organization skills to manage multifunctional initiatives

Preffered Qualifications

  • SAP HANA + Excel

  • Snowflake , RPA , DOMO

  • Google Tools

  • Data Analytics
