Copeland Export & Import Customer Service Analyst Senior in SANTIAGO, Chile

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate the SOLA demand (Emerson and direct shipment)

  • Analyze the analyses the demand and inform the opportunities and risks

  • Manage the Open Order report (late / On Time) – strong follow up

  • Intensive follow up will all origins (MX / USA / TH / CHINA / INDIA) on weekly bases

  • The analyst will be the main contact (bridge) with Customers and Emerson

Requirements:

Experience

  1. Experienced in supply chain, customer service management between 3-5 years

  2. Strong skill communication

  3. Analytic, concentrated and focused

Education

  • Graduation in Administration; Import & Export or graduated similar area.

Languages

  • Business fluency in English (mandatory)
