Copeland Export & Import Customer Service Analyst Senior in SANTIAGO, Chile
Responsibilities:
Consolidate the SOLA demand (Emerson and direct shipment)
Analyze the analyses the demand and inform the opportunities and risks
Manage the Open Order report (late / On Time) – strong follow up
Intensive follow up will all origins (MX / USA / TH / CHINA / INDIA) on weekly bases
The analyst will be the main contact (bridge) with Customers and Emerson
Requirements:
Experience
Experienced in supply chain, customer service management between 3-5 years
Strong skill communication
Analytic, concentrated and focused
Education
- Graduation in Administration; Import & Export or graduated similar area.
Languages
- Business fluency in English (mandatory)
