Adecco US, Inc. Call Center Representative in Santa Ana, California

Adecco is hiring immediately for dedicated Call Center Workers in Irvine! This role involves handling communications for sales, solicitation, and survey-taking on various topics. You will also troubleshoot devices and parts to assist customers effectively. These are temp-to-hire opportunities and pays $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls, solicitations, and surveys on a range of general topics.

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with devices and parts.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
