The Plasma Planning Analyst develops strategic analysis and business recommendations to support cross-functional projects related to long-term planning, strategic initiatives, and business growth. The position in influential in bringing a fact-based approach to our growth and business optimization initiatives. This position reports directly to the Director, Planning Operations.

Primary responsibilities for role:

• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making

• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Conduct business cases and feasibility studies and assess potential solutions to address business needs

• Support in the evaluation of potential business opportunities and investments

• Work closely with Plasma teams to ensure execution of business strategies and action plans

• Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques to optimize business strategies

• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance

What we require:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in strategic planning or a similar role

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the strategic implications of data analysis

• Proficiency in analytics, including advanced data modeling with MS Excel

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with PowerBI and other analytics and visualization tools is preferred

• Proficient level of English
