Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Credit Clerk in the accounting industry. The role is located in Sanger, California, and will involve the diligent processing of customer credit applications and the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the processing of customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure their accuracy

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and flag any irregularities

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary

• Perform daily financial activities to maintain the smooth operation of the business

• Input daily production hours into the Payroll System, ensuring hours are balanced and maintained accurately

• Assist in other accounting duties such as reconciling bank accounts, balancing books, and processing payments

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform duties efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing

• Skilled in Data Entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high volume environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
