ICU Nurse Manager
CTTX Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Nurse Manager to join our team. As the ICU Nurse Manager (NM), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the ICU department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead and manage a team of ICU nurses, providing mentoring, coaching, and support.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize patient outcomes.
Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in critical care nursing and healthcare management.
