Description

Robert Half is in search for a Staff Accountant in San Ramon, California.

General responsibilities:

 Monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities.

 Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.

 Preparing monthly rent rolls for all properties, including analysis of square footage

 Prepare month-end journal entries as assigned.

 Assist corporate accountant with quarterly allocated expense reconciliations.

 Assist with monthly reporting packages for lenders, partners and management.

 Assist with budgeting and forecasting reporting, as needed.

 General filing and departmental support.

 All other duties and projects as assigned
