Robert Half is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a well-established biopharma client on a project basis.

Requirements

This Accounts Payable Specialist must have 2+ years experience working in a mid-sized company and able to process and analyze accounts payable transactions.

Responsibilities include:

-Process 75 - 100+ invoices per week and able to increase volume as the company increases their vendors;

-Involved with clearing accounts payable inbox on a daily basis and able to provide necessary backup or purchase order for approval and processing;

-Responsible for weekly check run;

-Able to audit and process expense reports on a weekly basis;

-Communicate effectively with both internal staff, managers and vendor follow up;

-Open to work on site or hybrid depending on the Accounts Payable department;

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is desirable

Software: NetSuite, SAP S/Hana4 or Oraclefusion, proficient in Microsoft Excel - intermediate level and proficient with Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
