Operations Manager

San Carlos

Base + Discretionary Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage new client onboarding, financial planning workflow, and account opening.

• Ensure efficient account transfers and effective client communication.

• Establish statement consolidations, e-delivery, and online access.

• Track required minimum distributions and enforce compliance.

• Update client information in systems and follow up on service items.

• Participate in appointment review meetings and manage CRM.

• Develop and maintain operational systems/checklists.

• Monitor account notifications and process paperwork.

• Manage office checks and referrals, including marketing campaigns.

• Maintain website/social media and client correspondence files.

• Delegate tasks, train new members, and conduct check-ins.

• Conduct performance reviews and identify process improvements.

• Ensure compliance documentation and advertising approval.

• Attend events to provide superior client service.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years leading teams; Financial Services background preferred

• Motivational leader with proactive client service focus

• Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail

• Thrives in high-pressure environments with multiple tasks and tight deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and contact management databases; RedTail CRM proficiency desirable

• Strong phone and email communication abilities
