The Opportunity

Procter & Gamble is seeking an IT Software Engineer - Automation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key member of our global technical team, responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions. We are looking for someone with a curious mindset who is passionate and proactive about finding creative solutions to challenging problems.

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete high value and highly transparent automation projects to creatively tackle business problems with data/automation tools.

  • Ensure business is trained on built solution and all requirements are met, continuously gathering feedback to continue to improve and follow change management process, managing life cycle of automated solutions.

  • Collaborate with global, multi-functional teams within Consumer and Brand Service to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable automation solutions.

  • Stay up to date with latest industry trends and new technologies related to automation and AI. Running POCs/benchmarking new technology as necessary.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems / Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Software Development, or other relevant field.

  • 5+ years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • 5+ years’ experience working in Python, high level of proficiency required.

  • Prior experience to working in automation platforms such as KNIME, Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.

  • Strong Data & Analytic skills.

  • Structured problem-solving approach, with effective interpersonal skills and self-drive.

  • English B2+

Preferred:

  • Experience working with and applying AI.

  • Experience working in cloud environments, Azure preferred.
