Working with Micron's Global Communication & Marketing (GCM) team, you will own the optimizing and maintaining of the Workfront (WF) instance that supports a collaborative, integrative, and well-rounded view of cross-GCM activities which include external marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate announcements, and industry events, as well as internal functions such as finance requests and on- and off-boarding!

This role will lead all aspects of GCM’s Workfront configuration and preferences, including setup, portfolio, program, and group management, reporting oversight, custom forms, automation, user management and license allocation.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations and the Editorial & Tools

  • Strategy Manager to continually refine WF to reflect evolving GCM editorial/marketing planning processes

  • Serve as domain authority (SME) and point of contact for Micron IT, WF account rep, and all users in and outside of GCM

  • Support day-to-day system needs and adjustments such as reports and dashboards, data integrity, audits, as well support ticket tracking

  • Promote GCM’s WF adoption by working with each GCM team to meet team-specific needs while maintaining GCM-wide processes and standardization

  • Build and maintain instance documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, alignment, and system roadmaps

  • Review and prepare for WF releases, implementing new features as needed

  • Build and deliver WF trainings to educate users on relevant system functionality, updated features, new processes and useful reminders

  • Work with GCM Operations team to own the onboarding/offboarding process for GCM FTEs & Contractors

  • Proactively seek opportunities to build useful reports/dashboards, streamline processes, educate users, and review user feedback, adjusting and following up as needed, to ensure instance meets business needs while improving the user experience

  • Implement and/or help drive interpersonal process changes

  • Research and be responsible for the implementation of new functionality and lead software integration initiatives, defining requirements as well as testing and troubleshooting

  • Actively participate in Workfront networking and training events

Qualification and Education:

  • 10+ years of Operations, Project, or Program Management experience

  • Work Front expertise is required, preferably in a system or Group Admin role

  • At least 5 years experience implementing and coordinating tools for multiple uses/needs across teams

  • Adobe Certifications: Adobe Workfront

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communication and/or IT related field

  • Shown expertise in Operations, Project, Program Management software (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Airtable) and workplace softwareSharePoint subject matter authority preferred

  • Proficiency in MSFT Office 365

  • Experience in development of employee onboarding and user training programs

  • Experience in a large, fast growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sector

  • Experience building instance relevant metric reporting and analytics

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and revise priorities

  • Ability to help users overcome adoption obstacles – ask the right questions to understand difficulties and how daily “business as usual” (BAU) works in tandem with WF

  • Ability to translate WF language in terms users understand

  • Agility and speed in decision-making with an iterative approach

  • Strong time management skills and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and drive initiatives

  • Advocate for DEI

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$99,000.00 - $215,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
