TEKsystems Patient Care Specialist in San Jose, California

Description: BILINGUAL IN SPANISH IS A PLUS.

Welcome callers to ARC Fertility with warmth and empathy: by listening to their needs, providing them with options, answering their questions, and helping them navigate the financial process.

  • Ability to guide the patient through details at an appropriate pace for the patient

  • Capability to simplify financial application process for patients by breaking down complex process into simple “to-do” steps.

  • Assist new patients by communicating ARC Fertility treatment service packages offered at their clinic, and financial options available to them

  • Work in the Salesforce platform to track leads and document patient interactions

  • Confident working independently yet also enjoy working collaboratively as a “can-do” team player

  • Capacity to adhere to a strict follow-up schedule for each patient to support patient follow through & closed contract sales

  • Review and process incoming ARC program/lender applications

  • Address patient inquiries urgently to expedite their time to treatment

  • Collaborate with clinic, sales and marketing departments regarding clinic related matters, trends and engagement strategies

  • Provide feedback on the patient services process to help improve flow and efficiency 3

  • Participate and provide feedback in both departmental and company-wide operations meetings

  • Participate in miscellaneous ad-hoc project

  • Follow Up is an important quality of a successful CCN

  • The CCN will follow the patient’s loan application through to completion by keeping in communication with the patient, the lender, and the clinic staff (as needed).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to successfully manage competing priorities

Organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines and follow up on assignments with minimal direction

Must be adaptable and able to approach all tasks with a down-to-earth attitude, pleasant demeanor, sense of humor, and desire to have fun

WPM 50+ preferred
