Description We are offering an opportunity for a CAAS Manager to join our team based in San Jose, California. The selected individual will be responsible for providing client accounting and advisory services, collaborating with our team, managing client projects and workloads, and communicating with key business partners. This role is centered within the industry and will require accounting and auditing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Providing client accounting and advisory services across various industries

• Assessing and maximizing the value of our services in relation to client objectives

• Working collaboratively with staff and managers within the CAAS team to meet client deliverables

• Supervising and providing on-the-job training to staff and seniors assigned to engagement

• Managing multiple client projects, workloads, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of priority items and status internally and externally

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, notes, schedules, and memos for discussions with partners and clients

• Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business operations, processes, and functions

• Communicating engagement's progress, problems, resolutions, financial information, and other business concerns to the client

• Occasionally traveling to client sites, industry events, and in-person meetings

• Performing other duties as assigned Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Audit Program

• Familiarity with CaseWare

• Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Ability to manage Audit Engagements

• Skills in Auditing and creating Audit Plans

• Experience with Budget Processes
