Position: Assistant Branch Manager Salary: $80,000 Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Spanish Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, with some Saturdays

Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels accurately.

  • Oversee stock movement between the warehouse and retail areas, ensuring proper organization and timely restocking.

  • Conduct regular audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.

Team Supervision and Support:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse and retail store personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and training.

  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure smooth warehouse and store operations by coordinating with relevant departments, such as logistics, procurement, and sales.

  • Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures for efficient operations.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the retail team to maintain an organized store layout, enhancing the customer shopping experience.

Stock Control and Replenishment:

  • Monitor inventory levels to anticipate demand and ensure adequate stock availability in the store.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely replenishment of products, minimizing out-of-stock situations.

The essential functions of this role include:
