Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition Enablement team. This team drives the strategic projects, programs, and learning that empower our Talent Acquisition team to deliver at the highest level. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead TA’s highest-priority projects across all facets of TA, focused primarily on ensuring our Global TA team has the necessary systems and tools to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leaders within and outside of Talent Acquisition to turn ambiguous challenges and opportunities into impactful solutions.

  • Mobilize project teams - Clearly articulate project plans along with roles & responsibilities for project team members and stakeholders. Drive project execution through management of project timeline, deliverables, team accountability, and issue and risk management. Prepare and deliver project status updates and business reviews to key internal stakeholders.

  • Inspire and drive project team to deliver on a shared vision or objective.

  • Understand and validate Talent Acquisition needs, and translate them into specific and actionable requirements, roadmaps and project plans.

  • Deliver communication and change management plans to ensure awareness, understanding and adoption project deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional work experience

  • 6+ years of work in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or People operations

  • 3+ years of experience working on strategic initiates

  • 2+ years working with HR technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving complex initiatives from start to finish with senior leaders.

  • Ability to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leaders.

  • Ability to take complex or ambiguous concepts and simplify them to share with stakeholders.

  • Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions.

  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Proven track record of building and executing multiple projects at once and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and communicate change to general audiences, including the ability to “story tell” with data.

  • Ability to learn quickly, be agile, proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work.

  • Experience leading central cross-functional projects within a global TA organization.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of the project life cycle.

  • Highly diligent and focused on driving issues (both big and small) to completion.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this role is $107,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
