Senior Accountant

Hybrid

Base + Bonus

Day to Day

• Engage in full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of west coast real estate holdings.

• Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and other financial reports.

• Manage month-end and year-end closings.

• Maintain responsive communication with employees and vendors.

  Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of property accounting experience, handling full cycle accounting residential properties.

• Proficiency in Yardi software is required.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

• Positive attitude and excellent people skills.

• Proficiency in creating and working with spreadsheets
