Front Desk Receptionist Office of the CEO

  • Manage reception desk and all visits from internal employees, external partners, and outside vendors by authorizing their visit from the main Reception floor and delivery room to the Executive floor and other floors.

  • Manage all building access badges for new hires, internal/external employees, external partners/vendors, and visitors. Edit access list report and send to Omaha Physical security as well as CBRE, building management.

Act as the front line for all incoming phone calls for the corporate line through the switch board and route to employee's and departments direct lines. Open and close office front office; clean the kitchen, guest offices, hallways, and conference rooms in the morning and upon leaving for the day on the executive and reception floor
