Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success with an understanding of managing client engagements and producing solutions that involve the following areas:

  • Having healthcare provider or related consulting experience preferred;

  • Understanding of healthcare provider industry operations, terminology, payment systems and environment;

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of client ambulatory operations (e.g., contact centers, scheduling, triage, referral management, network management), including workflows, technical capabilities, staffing models and patient flow;

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization within ambulatory settings, utilizing data analysis and benchmarking to drive informed decisions;

  • Developing financial models including contribution margin impact of growth opportunities, future state staffing models and investment costs;

  • Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of operational changes, providing ongoing support and guidance to sustain improvements;

  • Implement new processes, procedures, and technologies including change management initiatives to drive adoption;

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executives, clinicians, administrators, IT specialists, and other stakeholders, to achieve collective goals and objectives;

  • Managing client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives within scope and budget constraints;

  • Preparing comprehensive and high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Developing and coach teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

  • Possessing an in-depth knowledge of Epic functionalities, decision trees, provider templates, referral order information, scheduling appointments, visit types/blocks, and hospital service line/specialty operations;

  • Understanding of clinical and ambulatory workflows within healthcare settings;

  • Possessing excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization;

  • Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail; and,

  • Possessing the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
