We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our Company Pages. This position will play a vital role in shaping our Pages Experience platform, but will have a specific focus on how we build our organizational identity in a way that helps members effectively stay updated on company and industry insights, discover and apply to jobs of interest and seamlessly explore products and services relevant to their needs. In this role, you would be a key member of the Company Pages product team, which is responsible for delivering products and solutions that put the member experience first & foremost while also delivering incredible value to companies in achieving their business outcomes as advertisers, hirers and sellers (products, services).

This role will collaborate closely with engineering, data sciences, and other cross-functional teams to build a suite of products and features using AI. It will have exposure to both "Consumer" product & growth, and also "Enterprise" product via SMB and social media manager experiences. Ideal candidate is someone with a consumer background and a growth mindset who savors new challenges and is passionate about driving meaningful impact, at scale!

Responsibilities :

  • Drive product strategy & roadmap to help organizations effectively showcase their brand while engaging members across various intents (job seeking, knowledge seeking, buying)

  • Optimize and improve Company Pages surface in partnership with UX and AI teams across Linkedin

  • Build innovative solutions with partner teams across LinkedIn to drive contextual discovery of organizational data in Search, Feed, Jobs and more

  • Work with multiple Lines of Business to understand subscription services at LinkedIn and build new premium offerings to help organizations stand out and convert leads more effectively.

  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.

  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our members and generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn

  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning

Basic Qualifications :

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building consumer products in a technology company

  • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike

  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches

  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage including experience with social media

  • Passionate about building data driven products and experience in leveraging ML to increase impact of B2C or B2B products.

The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
