Responsibilities
Delivering customer service quickly and accurately
Demonstrate command of prescribed style and format when drafting correspondence
Offer a smile to incoming customers
Provide front desk and receptionist support
Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing
Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
Provide support on diverse employee projects as necessary Requirements - Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience for this position
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
Machinery experience preferred
Phone Presenc experience highly preferred
Hands-on experience with Scanning Documents
Knowledge of Office Functions
Previous experience working with Troubleshoot
Earlier work involving scanning
Service Calls experience highly desired
Facility experience highly valued
Paper experience desired
General familiarity with About Time
Demonstrated knowledge of supervising
Background working with Hiring Processes
Prior experience with Maintain Logs
Good understanding of Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in operations
Quality assurance experience required
Practical knowledge of Workstation Support
Policy experience highly desired
Solid understanding of customer service
Experience with Communication Skills
Strong familiarity with Distribute Faxes
Comprehension of digital
Foundational knowledge in Overtime
Procedures experience preferred
Adeptness in Answering Inbound Calls
