In this role, it will be critical for you to plan and direct all accounting operational functions, handle the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and lead departmental staff. Candidates who can lead with integrity and reliability and have the ability to manage self and others with urgency, practicality and accountability when providing client services, will be preferred for this position. Responsibilities

Booking JEs, AP, AR, deposits, payroll

Requirements - CPA/MBA preferred

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

• Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

• Prior experience in a public accounting environment is highly valued

• Excellent attention to detail

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping

• Well-founded grasp of journal entries

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Accounting 2000 experience

• Full charge bookkeeping experience

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

• General familiarity with Accounting close process

• Proven knowledge of Bank Deposit

• Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

• The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

• Past work in technology, analytics and management experience highly valued

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
