Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst for a government contracting client in San Antonio, TX office.

Program Control Analyst will work directly with Program Managers and various groups to manage the collection and payment of all expenses associated with government contracts.

Additional duties include:

• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

Set up new vendors and enter into accounting system

Code accounts payable and receivable invoices with appropriate general ledger codes

Enter credit card charges into accounting system

Assist in the preparation of time and materials billings

Send out Accounts Receivable past due notices

Update, maintain, electronic accounting records

Bachelors Degree in; Accounting, Finance, Business or Management

AP/AR Experience

MS Excel Experience

Bookkeeping

Expenses null
