Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

• 4 plus years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist capacity.

• Understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

salary: $65,000 - $71,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversees worker's compensation processes and claims

• Facilitates enrollment in benefits plans for employees

• Handles payroll tasks including input, corrections, and approvals

• Prepares various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including payroll and time & attendance records

• Administers disciplinary measures and terminations

• Coordinates training and development initiatives

• Promote employee engagement

• Oversee worker's compensation processes

• Ensure adequate staffing levels

• Maintain job descriptions

• Responsible for recruiting and onboarding
