**Job Summary and Description

Lead the College Student Learning Outcomes Assessment function to provide evidence of student learning achievement and opportunities for improvement, support college strategic direction, and provide accountability to accrediting and regulatory agencies.   • Bachelors degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Three years of experience in the assessment of student learning including academic assessment at the institutional and program level. This can include the design of learning goals, creation of assessment instruments, collection and analysis of assessment data, and managing assessment systems for continuous improvement.

  • Master's degree or equivalent in education, social/behavioral sciences, statistics, or related field requiring expertise in research design or methods or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
  • Five years of experience in the assessment of student learning including academic assessment at the institutional and program level. This can include the design of learning goals, creation of assessment instruments, collection and analysis of assessment data, and managing assessment systems for continuous improvement.
