Looking to boost your expierence as a call center agent? Its not too late to start 2024 off in a new position! Our client is looking for call center representatives. This role is for inbound calls only. Basic computer navigation skills required. Located near the corner of 410 and 151 Starting pay $15/hr Monday thru Friday Schedule (times may very) Schedule an interview now!

work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, adhering to established scripts and protocols.

• Accurately capture caller information and details by filling out forms or inputting data into relevant systems.

-Follow company policies and procedures for handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times.

-Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

-Adapt to changes in call volume, scheduling, and operational priorities to support the overall effectiveness of the call center.
