Your Responsibilities
Data Integrity Checks: Oversee consolidated reporting platforms, verify vast amounts of data, and conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Investigative Expertise: Master complex systems and serve as a subject matter expert for team queries. Provide high-level client service and troubleshoot any concerns effectively.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to provide accurate reporting, join client calls to address questions, and maintain vendor relationships for data quality.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve existing processes, develop new procedures, and leverage technology for automation. Collaborate with various teams to implement enhancements.
Basic Qualifications
Completed bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or related field
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Effective management and leadership skills
Strong project management abilities
Quick learner with excellent communication skills
Understanding of the securities industry and Wealth Management brokerage functions
