University of Utah Lab Aide (Rutter Lab - Protein Productio in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
A full-time Lab Aide position is available in the Rutter Lab (http://rutter.biochem.utah.edu/) in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Utah.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is interested in working as part of a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team to perform cutting-edge research towards revealing the human protein-metabolite interactome for a better understanding of human metabolism, health, and disease.Previous hands-on, laboratory research experience is preferred, but not required.Duties include SDS-PAGE, Western blot, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, High-pressure or fast-pressure liquid chromatography, recombinant protein expression and purification, and other protein biochemistry techniques.
