University of Utah Lab Aide (Biochemistry - Rutter Lab) in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The Rutter Lab (http://rutter.biochem.utah.edu/) in the Department of Biochemistry seeks a Lab Aide to perform non-technical laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Lab Manager and other senior laboratory personnel. The successful candidate may also assist with basic research experiments including molecular biology. This is an entry level position ideal for students interested in laboratory science and research.Schedule is flexible around the candidates class schedule; however work hours must fall within Monday Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM during the initial few months of training after which time work hours can be increasingly flexible. The ideal applicant should be self-motivated and have good record keeping and time management skills.
