University of Utah Lab Aide-Anderegg Lab in SALT LAKE CITY, Utah
The lab aide will be responsible for assisting in the collection and processing of aspen seedling root and leaf samples. The collection will include time in the campus garden collecting soil/root samples, followed by time in the lab processing and sifting the samples. The lab aide will also assist in the processing of data afterward using programs such as ImageJ and the analysis of the data in Excel and R. The lab aide will also assist in data collection around plant stress and responses to experimental water treatments.
