Nexeo is seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Tech
nologist to join our dynamic team in the Computed Tomography department located in Murray,UT. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing high-quality CT procedures,ensuring patient safety,and maintaining compliance with department protocols and standards. *Responsibilities *
Ensure proper patient identification,order verification,and preparation for CT exams.
Perform CT exams per department protocol with attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrate proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy and anatomical positioning.
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles.
Administer contrast agents as ordered by physicians under supervision.
Practice infection control and sterile techniques.
Provide patient education and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.
Operate CT equipment and related information systems effectively.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow appropriate protocol for medical necessity,coding,charging,and consent procedures.
Participate in maintaining quality control programs and report equipment issues.
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in CT imaging.
Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Current Utah State licensure for Radiologic Technologists.
Basic life support (BLS) certified for healthcare providers.
Post-hire expectations: Meets departmental IV certification competency within three months of hire.
Post-hire expectations: (Where applicable) Must complete the controlled substance module within six months of hire.
Post-hire expectations: (Where applicable) Must complete the initial moderate sedation module within six months of hire.

$65.00 - $75.00 Per Hour
*Schedule *
1^st^ & 2^nd^ Shifts | Monday Friday,1:30pm 10:00pm | Saturdays,9:00am 5:00pm | Thursdays Off
