We are a thriving small business seeking friendly, energetic, hard workers to join our cleaning team! Monday through Friday we meet at our Salem base at 9:00am and end the day no later than 5pm- a typical work day when fully trained is 9-3:30. Professional cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary, we are happy to train at entry level. This position may have you at our Cape Ann location 1-2 days per week. Our happiest employees share these qualities: Friendly and professional A keen eye for detail Love physical work and feel rewarded by a job well done Display a strong work ethic and are dependable Love people and their pets Excellent with written and verbal communication Arrives on time and prepared for the day Daily tasks: Responsiveness and efficient communication with management and team members- we use the Slack app Detailed cleaning at a swift pace: Dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing and polishing surfaces, mopping Company laundry Lifting and maneuvering a 25lb Kirby vacuum Traveling between multiple jobs per day Perks: Paid training at \$15/hr while we teach you to earn on average \$20 or more per hour Daily and end of year tips! Never work nights or weekends Stable, long term work in a supportive workplace with opportunity to move into a leadership/training role Never be exposed to hazardous cleaning products Paid travel between homes Work locally- most jobs are within approximately 10 miles of base (most within 5 miles). You may have some days on Cape Ann Biweekly Direct Deposit.
