In this entry-level role, you will assist in the development, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM applications, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and technologies. As the Oracle HCM Technical Associate, you will:
Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine technical requirements
Develop SQL queries to store, retrieve, analyze, and troubleshoot data in the database tables, using Oracle Database
Create technical specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models
Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into technical solutions
Build, test, and deploy interfaces, reports, and conversions
Required Skills and Experience:
Clearance Required: None
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience developing reports and interfaces using Oracle BI Reporting
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL
Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
Experience documenting business processes
Hands-on experience with developing SQL queries
Familiarity with web application development, databases, operating systems, and programming concepts/languages
Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with WebServices (SOAP and REST)
Experience working in a public sector environment is desired
