Job Summary:Forecast, allocate, audit, research, and manage activities relating to inventory, production schedules and purchasing.
Essential Functions:
- Develop new supply chains
- Monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate delivery of vendor shipments to end customers
- Disseminate pertinent information in a fast and efficient manner
- Work closely with Materials Manager to support production/purchasing demands
- Independently forecast end items
Qualifications:
- Purchasing experience
- Team oriented individual with proven leadership abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of purchasing systems
- Experience in shipping/receiving/exporting and importing
- Analytical
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to do whatever it takes to get a job done.
- Fitness equipment background a plus.
Education:
- BS in business or minimum of 2 years of experience of similar type manufacturing/purchasing position.
