Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Dual Licensed in Illinois and Missouri

Location: St. Louis

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in case management from file to trial. The ideal candidate will be dual licensed in Illinois and Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of litigation cases from inception to trial.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.

• Minimum 1 year of experience practicing litigation law.

• Strong case management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Missouri and Illinois State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

• Prior experience in litigation, with a focus on discovery preferred.

• Strong understanding of federal and state civil procedure rules and discovery practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
