DataRobot Sr. Integrated Campaigns Manager in Sacramento, California

As a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager, you will drive the overall campaign strategy, execution, evaluation, and optimization of programs targeting our key personas, as part of our overall marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to drive digital and content strategy through paid media, email nurture, social media, field and partner events, and webinars. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field, Partner, and Corporate Marketing as well as content developers and third-party publications to achieve pipeline targets. This is a high-impact role that is ideal for a creative marketer who enjoys executing innovative and engaging campaigns that generate qualified meetings with the right ICP at target accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the execution of the campaign plan for ICPs from start to finish

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define target account lists and execute campaigns across a wide mix of marketing channels

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create campaign messaging that engages the buying group. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments, and verticals.

  • Monitor, track, and report engagement of ICPs and target accounts and results across all programs and channels. Make recommendations and campaign optimizations based on analysis and results.

  • Partner closely with the Events and the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams during pre-event planning to develop a targeted outreach plan to selected accounts to generate onsite meetings, and an orchestrated post-event follow-up plan.

  • Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure that they have the content assets, the right offers, and anything else needed for following up with marketing qualified leads and prospecting into target accounts.

  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns

  • Enhance our existing digital campaign strategy and work alongside our Digital and Operations team to implement best practices for audience engagement and optimize spend

  • Continuously test and develop new strategies and tactics across all channels to increase touch points within a buyer’s journey to deliver high-quality leads at an acceptable CPL.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concepts, content requirements, buyer journey development, and digital marketing execution to ensure qualified meeting targets are met.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experienced working with sales to align marketing goals and objectives to drive demand generation and achieve business outcomes.

  • Detail-focused, self-starter with strong cross-functional project management skills.

  • A creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change course as needed

  • Highly collaborative, energetic, and a proactive team player

  • Focused on marketing metrics and continuous learning/improvement

  • 5+ years in Demand Generation for B2B SaaS, ideally 2+ years’ experience in ABM, preferably in Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity solutions

  • Experience with marketing automation, intent-driven, and reporting solutions (i.e., 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Mutiny, Terminus, Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, Tableau, etc.)

  • Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, overcome data noise, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Well-versed in all aspects of campaign management
