Job Description

Oracle NetSuite's Sales Enablement team prepares sales professionals of all tenure for an exciting and rewarding sales career in the highly competitive cloud business arena. The onboarding program is designed to train external hires and internal promotes on all things sales and NetSuite, while our ongoing Sales Learning and Development initiative provides everyone the opportunity to grow and up-level any, and all, skills. The end goal being a successful salesperson!

The Sales Enablement team is responsible for training hundreds of sales reps and sales leaders every year - on everything from how to prospect into existing accounts, to conducting business reviews, to how to have industry related value conversations with C-level executives. Because of this programmatic approach, the Sales Enablement team is in a constant state of hiring and training – this is where the Sales Enablement team provides the support necessary to match the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales training, from new hire onboarding through promotion into sales and beyond

  • Managing global curriculum for new Sales Rep onboarding and reinforcement training, in both small and large group settings (50+)

  • Content creation and delivery for new initiatives with the help of subject matter experts

  • Working cross-functionally to bring in resources and feedback from our Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting Leadership, Global Sales Productivity and other value added teams

  • Executing against a recurring training calendar with audiences ranging from 5 to 50+ Organizing large training events 6+ times a year

  • International strategy on program replication and refinement in Asia Pacific, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Middle East and Africa

  • Travel 25% Profile:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience, including closing experience

  • Tech sales background highly preferred

  • Experience building/ delivering training content preferred

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable navigating multiple internal departments

  • Ability to manage and adapt in an ever-changing work environment

  • Strategic problem solving on a global scale

  • Strong presentation/facilitation skills

  • Project management experience

  • Proficient to advanced skills in LinkedIn, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time and competing priorities

Responsibilities

Facilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and or over the Web. Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or standard processes. Articulate at a granular level a respective concept or solution's vision, capabilities, business value during offerings to both sales and sales consulting audiences. Consult/work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., in order to deliver the material in an effective and engaging way. Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results. Meet or exceed utilization expectations. Successfully manage the training environment while reporting and resolving issues. Acts as a consultative resource to field personnel based on expertise and experience. Apply real-world examples from own job experience to assist in the learning process. May pilot/introduce new training technology or techniques.

US: Hiring Range: from $33.94 to $67.93 per hour; from $70,600 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
