Description

We are hiringimmediatelyfor aA&P(Airframe & Powerplant) mechanicor AMT(Aircraft Maintenance Technician).This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign Bonus.

What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic:

You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance,modifications,and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraftaircraftmodels. Your responsibilities may include(but are not limitedto):

• Mechanical Duties : Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on variousaircraftmodels, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment ofaircraftsystems to prepare for flight and delivery.

• Engine and Airframe Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups. Carry out airframe system andcomponentchanges, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.

• Use of Tools and Equipment :Utilizeequipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair ormodifysystems or assemblies.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

• High school education or GEDrequired

• A&P LicenseRequired

• Knowledge of 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 isrequired

• A minimum of 3 years experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance. Preferred 10 years of experience.

• Preferred 4 years of experience in customer service facility performing inspections and repair of Beechcraft King Air

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

32.77 - 45.05 per hour.
